1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Custom or made‑to‑order items may require additional time; any extended processing times will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Parcel size
  • Delivery location

You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

3. UK Delivery

We ship from the UK using trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

4. International Delivery

We do not ship outside the UK.

 

5. Order Tracking

If you select a tracked service at checkout, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Untracked services do not include tracking information.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us.
For untracked services, we must wait for the courier’s confirmation before issuing a replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

8. Packaging

We package all orders securely to protect plaster models, paints, and accessories during transit.
Where possible, we use recyclable or reusable packaging materials.
