1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your kit is incomplete
  • There is a manufacturing defect

To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos to help us assess the issue.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Kits that have been opened, used, or partially used
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

3. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.


4. Return Shipping

Depending on the situation:

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
  • If you simply change your mind, you are responsible for return postage.

All items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return under this policy.
